God is life, man's law is death

Prominent in the news these past days have been the new laws that have been enacted in the states of New York and Virginia among others. The treacherous law to give the legal right to kill a child before and even during birth. I felt compelled by the spirit in me to weigh in on this wicked law. I need to air the WORD of GOD against the sins of the state.

The Lord has spoken many times about children in the womb of their mothers. "I was cast upon You from birth. From My mother's womb You have been My God" Psalms 22:10 NKJV At the hearing the voice of Mary Jesus's mother "When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the child leaped in her womb," Luke 1:41 NIV. Even our first parents knew that a child was a gift from God. "and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, "God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him."" Genesis 4:25 NIV

The other side of the process is the mother's own body. Do we not know what Paul the apostle had to say about our bodies. "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are hot your own, you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body." I Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV If we are committing murder in your body, your are also defiling the Temple of the Lord. So the sin of murder or killing a baby is done not only in the Lord"s view, for He sees all; but the sin is done in the Lord's temple..

But many will say that pastors and teachers from many churches advocate and bless these killings. There was an article from the Blaze October, 24, 2018 ; where faith leaders blessed a Planned Parenthood clinic, in Columbus, OH.(https://www.theblaze.com/news/2018/10/24/faith-leaders-to-bless-abortion-clinic-accessing-and-providing-abortions-are-godly-decisions) There are many well known names that are for abortions, but I will not named them here without there permission. But you know who they are, you see and read about them all the time.

Jesus told us long ago that there will be false prophets and teachers of the Law to lead many away from the true full WORD OF GOD. "At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other. and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people." Matthew 24:10,11 NIV. Peter also talked about the false teachers that will come to deceive us, "But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign LORD." 2 Peter 2:1,2a. These pseudo pastors and teachers are with us today telling us that abortion is ok to preform. We can believe or follow the crowd with these pseudo teachers, or we can follow the Lord. When has it ever been right to commit murder!

How can we stop the killings? What can one person do? Faith can move a mountain, so faith can fight against this evil. Prayer is the beginning of the fight. Others that are in different positions in life can help in other ways. Talk to your representative in your state and federal legislature. These people need to know what the people they represent want and believe. We elect these people to represent us, so tell them. Finally, do as the Bereans did to Paul, when Paul preached to them they would in turn search the scriptures to test whether the teachings of Paul were true according to the Word of God. When you go to church, listen to the teachings; then go home and search the Bible to see that the teacher preacher is following the true Word of God.

For a birthday

A spark of life has begone

A couple's love laid a seed

Oh, that this seed endure

Let not be a dreadful deed

God was there at that moment

His gift to parents flows

For in the womb movement

A child is now to grow

The child knows not the time

The child knows only love

The child knows not rhyme

The child knows only mom

Can a birthday come too soon

Will a birthday come today

Lord let this child move

With sun and moon displayed

I need not morn another

I want to celebrate

Death can seek others

There will be a birth today
